Chicken Pasta – Excellent for Suhoor or Iftar
I made it with Barakat Al-Sanabel Pasta, the only Saudi product with the SASO quality mark
Boil 3/4 of a bag of Barakat Al-Sanabel Pasta for 8 minutes, then put it in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and black pepper

For the creamy sauce:
In a pan, add two tablespoons of olive oil and sauté 300g of diced chicken breast. Add a cup of chopped onion, two cloves of garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Stir
for two minutes, then add:
two tablespoons of tomato paste + two teaspoons of mild curry powder
Stir and add green and red bell peppers
Add two cups of cooking cream + half a cup of water
When it boils and thickens, add
one teaspoon of sugar + half a cup of fresh coriander
Pour it over the pasta, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and bake in the oven for ten minutes.
