Recipe :-
• Soak little millet for 1 hour and boil on high flame for 5-7 mins till tender
• Sauté tofu cubes in oil till they are golden brown and keep them aside
• In the same pan, heat oil, sauté sliced spring onions & birds eye chilli for 2 mins
• Add in garlic & carrots and cook for 2 mins
• Now add in lots of pak choy, basil
