Commercial brick oven pizza oven from Italy (gas). Dough is made from scratch, hand tossed. This one is sauce-less, I brushed an extra virgin olive oil, oregano, black pepper mixture in the crust. Then topped with shredded moz, shredded basil, 24hr brined chicken, portabella mushrooms, a 3-mushroom blend, roasted garlic, topped with chopped parsley. It was light and actually really tasty.

    My 4 year old Boy will only eat pizza if it doesn’t have sauce on it 😂. His brother (2) loves marinara. Pizza nights are fun at our house 🫩.
