Search for:

62% hydration; couple of days in the fridge; red onion slices on half; bacon pieces all over; cheated and used chicken strips (was going to make a buffalo pie but changed course after the strips were done); white sauce is just evoo/garlic/salt/oregano. Left a bit too much space between the toppings and the crust but otherwise happy with it. Maybe could have baked a little longer too, but it was good.
