Today I went to my Bushcraft Camp and cooked two incredibly tender and delicious Italian beef steaks, using a cast iron skillet and a camp stove.
I then made a red wine reduction to season the steaks.
The result was fantastic, even though I forgot to add the chopped shallots, the red wine reduction turned out really well, and the meat was moist and juicy.

You have skills and knowledge like a butcher…

I wonder where your passion for cooking comes from???

Hmm.. I can smell the red wine. Can you tell me what it is?

It is in your blood, Italian blood. But is it coming from your family? Or it is your own passion for your life?

You are the Italian Bushcraft with a knife: using natural, foraged over open flames, prioritizing, adaptability, and survival,

    Salute.
BTW, I made a recommendation of your channel to Adventures with BeeGee
