Canadian Bacon and Pineapple – Not the best outcome

This pizza was hard to slide off. So it crinkled a bit and made a thicker dough than I like. Any suggestions on how to make a pineapple pizza with a thin crust? I’m guessing this was too heavy and wet and that’s why it wouldn’t slide easily off the pizza board and into the oven.
