  5. Open with, ' we're making cheese pull's, don't say mozzarella sticks. People already know what a mozzarella stick is. Get creative annually with better dialogue. Worry only about tomorrow's achievements. Today, should be a slam dunk. U seem a technician at cooking, so prove it to me with creative words out of ur mouth. I like ur vids but will I watch u next year? Remember, ur inspiring future cooks to do better vids than u, to grab ur views. Get there before your fans Make ur wife and friends wanna join u just to say creative lines. Creating dialogue is the fun part not the cooking for u. U've been cooking what 30+ yrs. If u do something 20,000 times( saute station) it's like water moving naturally. U need to also decorate ur station up a little. ie, have stacks of saute pans over a full flame. Light it up for the watcher. U should do an array of head scratchers. I mean foreshadow future vids. U will get comments about why u fire a stack of saute pans. Create interest outside of ur dish.
