I'm comparing traditional Neapolitan pizzas baked in the Ooni and Ninja. The Ninja is reported not to be very good with the Neapolitan style because it does not get hot enough. The preset on the oven sets temp/time at 700F for three minutes. With the Ooni I heat it at max for 40 minutes and turn the flame down slightly just before launch. The Ooni cooked the pie in a bit over 90 seconds. The burn spots visible were dough bubbles (my fault). The bottom (no pic)was more browned than the Ninja bottom. The Ninja needed more time than the preset and I let it cook for about four and a half minutes.

Both produced a nice result but I think the Ooni shorter cook time and hotter oven does make a more tender crust for the Neapolitan lover.
