


A couple homemade NY pies for dinner tonight.
Dough was Charlie Anderson's recipe (link below)
Cheese was only the best, Tillamook whole milk low moisture
Sauce was homemade from crushed Cento tomatoes
The whole thing turned out incredible. I cooked it on an indoor over at 500⁰ on a preheated cast iron pizza pan. Next step is to get a pizza steel for a real good char on the crust.
