So yeah, this one’s controversial because I used King Arthur’s keto wheat flour crust mix. People get weird about “keto pizza” like it’s blasphemy. But honestly, the crust came out way better than I expected. It’s about eighty-five percent as good as my regular dough. If nobody told me it was keto, I wouldn’t have known. Made it in my slightly-modded Gourmia oven in a 10″ Lloyd’s bar style pan. Crispy, chewy, zero regrets.
