Inspired by our trip to Sorrento, Italy, and the creamy desserts that were rich and delicious. Tiramisu is a very unusual pudding and is not your typical cake. It is, however, such a nice dish that you can make to impress all of your guests. The rich coffee flavour combined with the smooth mascarpone makes for a treat that is hard to beat!
Ingredients:
500g Mascarpone
4 eggs (Uova)
100G Sugar (Zucchero)
300g Coffee with 1tsp sugar (café con un cucchiano di zucchero)
300g Sponge fingers – (di Savoiardi)
Cocoa Powder (Cacao Amaro)
