  1. Love you but not the most beloved pasta in italy. It doesn't even exist in italy any recipe like this that I know. I am italian, I live in italy, my family has all and only italian origines, from South and center and a little bit North, all the women in my family do the cooking, my grandmas also pretty hig level, this is not italian dishes. Not at home, not at the restaurant. This is fusion cooking. Maybe good, do not know. But not italian. If some restaurant say to you this is some beloved italian pasta dish they are a tourist trap. If someone really young at home tell you that they are doing the pasta with whatever you want, and whatever they have at home, if you like like this, look at you with a "I am not so sure" face, if you are post party and dr*gs, and very hungry, maybe an italian young person could eat this. No other way😅

  2. I used to sauté sliced mushrooms and place them over my pasta. They added a special touch, flavor and texture to the dish.

  3. This is pretty disgusting. And NOT at all Italian.
Revolting how you pile on the spices and BURN them, No, you can't fry up paprika powder! It burns!
No Italuan would use this amount of spices. Italian food is FINE and lives on its SIMPLICITY.
You even managed to burn the (not at all finely chopped) – garlic slices.
ONE burned garlic slice is enough to ruin any dish!
Let alone the cancer inducing burned dry spices.
You killed the spring onions by frying them too.
    This is a sacrilege.

  4. there is a pasta dish that has raw egg in it , it's Italian I'm pretty sure. 😊 yes you can eat raw egg it's protein
