First attempt will be linked in comments. The commenters gave me the courage to post here. I think I nailed the dough. My first one is a butternut squash and basil pesto pizza with Parmesan. The second pizza failed! I think it’s my tomato based sauce that killed the dough. And I used cheddar instead of mozzarella. Still learning and won’t give up. Suggestions welcome! Cooked at 550 degrees on a pizza stone. First time using it.
