350 penne rigate (pasta)
500 gr diced ripe tomato
1 onion
2 garlic gloves
2 HOT small red chillies, chopped
fresh parsley leaves
100 gr Pecorino cheese freshly grated
Extra virgin oil
Heat 4 tablesppon extravirgin oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and chillies. Cook until onion is soft. Add tomatoes and 1/4 cup basil leaves. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until al dente! Drain pasta and return to pan.

Finally spoon sauce over pasta, add Pecorino cheese and toss to combine!
