I’m a huge fan of your Chef; however, as someone whose videos are watched and followed by masses, it is your responsibility to mention that traditionally Parmesan contains Rennet and is non-vegetarian. One would need to check if it’s made with a vegetarian replacement. I have eaten Parmesan for years without realising it 🙁
