




Wondering as a newer pizza maker what tips may help me to imitate this? Its listed as a NY/New Haven hybrid style if that helps at all. It has great char but isnt crunchy all the way through. Shown are pepperoni hot honey w Romano and vodka sauce pizzas

Looks like a thinner version of new England Mediterranean style with shredded parm on top
For a brewery Treehouse makes some really good pie. In my opinion it is New Haven lite.
