Here’s an easy and tasty Leftover Roti Pizza Recipe 🍕
🧀 Ingredients:
2–3 leftover rotis
3–4 tbsp pizza sauce (or tomato ketchup)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small capsicum (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (seeds removed, chopped)
Sweet corn (optional)
Grated mozzarella cheese (or processed cheese)
½ tsp mixed herbs / oregano
½ tsp chili flakes
Butter or oil (1 tsp)
🍕 Method:
Heat a pan on low flame and spread a little butter on it.
Place one roti on the pan and cook for 30 seconds.
Flip the roti and spread pizza sauce evenly on the cooked side.
Add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, and corn.
Sprinkle generous grated cheese on top.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts and the base becomes crispy.
Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
Cut into slices and serve hot.
