Chicken Gravy
Ingredients
Chicken – ½ Kg
Gingelly Oil – 3 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 2
Finely chopped shallots – 150 grms
Salt
Finely chopped tomato – 2
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Chilli powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 2 tea spoon
Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala – ¼ tea spoon
Coriander leaves
