  1. Every italian chef or wanna be chef is rapping our minds with “no cream in carbonara”…yet we see her making carbonara with cream and drinking wine with no cork.Hit and miss!Nonna wont be too proud for this.

  6. In tutta l'Italia si mangia e si cucina bene ,la carbonara in quasi tutte le famiglie c,'e il tramandare la ricetta ma poi anche come l'ha cucinata la mia connazionale Italiana è consentita soprattutto se è Romana❤
    PIUTTOSTO il vino con il tappo che si svita anziché il tappo in sughero 😅

  8. Excuse me Madam but in this Carbonara you added cream and according to you no cream in Carbonara please tell me is this different than the original Carbonara 🙏🏼
