I followed the recipe that the wife of u/Muppet83 made for him the other week (I hope you’re healing well sir). I had been wanting to try a Detroit style dough before committing to a Lloyds pan and the recipe seemed simple enough. I followed Love & Lemons sauce recipe and shredded some block mozzarella. Used an aluminum brownie pan and rubbed it with shortening before putting the dough in it. Not truly a Detroit, but a tasty dabble in the style.
