




Have been following here religiously for months and finally got around to making my own dough.
Used a DavesPizzaOven recipe (https://youtu.be/I-D5mlRWUBI?si=QapXAJPWr0b6hEpy)
48 hour cold ferment, balled 4 hours before launching. Baked on a 6mm pizza steel after a 1hr+ preheat at 275C (525F).
Kept toppings simple for my first: sauce (tinned whole toms, crushed in a bowl with salt and oregano), pecorino, basil, mozzarella and finished with parmigiano reggiano!
Very happy with it as a first attempt. Many more to come.
