What do y'all think? I finally got the browning I was hoping for after doing a 24hr cold ferment.

550 for 12 minutes, 1 minute broil on high turning 180° at 15 seconds. Top rack the whole time.

    Was it soft and chewy or kind of crackery? Did you enjoy the flavor of the cold ferment?
