Dough recipe is from doughguy.co made and fermented since Thursday
Grande mozzarella on all but the Mac and cheese
Cooked at 500 on a preheated steel
Pies were Cheese, pepperoni, Mac and cheese, and then a Genoa & Calabrese that I put some jalapeño jam on.
