In case your Nonna/Nonno never taught you, this is how Italians make “egg-yolk coffee” ☕. It’s rich it’s luxurious and INCREDIBLY delicious. You can enjoy it with or without the milk but the key to making it taste creamy is making sure you whisk that egg and sugar together for at least 5 minutes or until it looks like a light thick cream. 🤤 I ALWAYS use my moka pot (aka caffetiera) and @lavazzaca is my espresso of choice.
