Made some focaccia garlic oil bruschetta/garlic bread , and served it with tapenade, truffle burrata, and hummus.

This a lot fancier food than I’m used to.

Mashed garlic cloves, salt, Calabrian chili flakes, evoo, and dried Italian herbs in mortar & pestle, brushed oil and smeared garlic paste on sliced focaccia bread, then air fried at 380f for 5 minutes. Served with the things listed above.
