    As an Italian who's been living abroad for 15 years in different countries and travelled all around Europe, I'm stunned by the fact that there's way more Italian stuff I didn't know that I keep discovering, than what I was able to discover abroad.
    Our country is a damnation: the more you try to escape it, the more it pulls you back as you find out there's no such cultural richness and diversity anywhere else.

    Stai diventando piano piano un punto di riferimento… Ho visto pochi cuoco così appassionati, volenterosi e costati nel continuare a studiare e anche insegnare, mano a mano tutte le ricette della cultura italiana…(Anche se sarà difficile finirle tutte ahaha).
