Teresa is there waiting, watching and willing to help in everything you do! And Eddie (who I thought was one of your sons but looked him up online and found that he is NOT!) has such a relaxing, comforting voice and I love his video shots. They're both doing a great job. I'm thinking it may be a little tough working for 'Paula the Great' sometimes and thought it was so nice to acknowledge on this video that you were having a bit of a bad day today. I hate garlic!
Three things here: 1) who knows what the stores put in foods to make it look nicer. They inject water, or God knows what, to make it look plumper (so if you happen to have chickens, please use one of yours)…2) unless the inside of the can is coated…tomatoes react with the aluminumun and you get that 'tinny' taste…please use fresh tomatoes…3) unless you want potato starch, and who knows what other preservatives…and want a gooier cheese that melts on everything better…., please buy Parmesan cheese by the block and grate it yourself.
OH MY God Paula and Theresa…f…ing wake up. Why do you think Americans are fat and sloppy? Those big breasts are from growth hormones so you can buy the biggest, plumpest one and spend more money! Thank the greedy government! All those politicians won't have a special place in heaven beccause the love of money is a cardinal sin!

Paula, you might try giving Aunt Peggy vitamin B12. You can get a some in a sweet tiny, candy like pill form to melt under the tongue. It can make a drastic difference in someone's appetite.
When the elderly eat less, they then get less B12, which very much plays into appetite. The less B12, the less appetite, the less appetite, more decrease in consuming B12, so it becomes a downward spiral.
Even my old kitties have instant, dramatic increases in their appetite when I give them B12. They aren't acting out of just thinking it works, because they have no idea. But, it sure does work for them, also.

Looks good 👍 I think browning the chicken first and rendering a bit of the fat, then sauteing an onion and garlic in the chicken fat before deglazing with the tomato sauce and juice would deepen the flavor even more 😋
