I start with a plate with a bit of flour on it. Press down, flip it press again and then shape the crust a bit. Then do the mama mia pizzeria thing where you spin it in the air a bit, and you’re good to go.

Nice work! To get the circle shape what helped me was a father who mocked my mis-shaped pizza 😉
But for real, shaping the dough into a good ball and resting that for a half day or better yet, one or more full days, in a fridge or cool place, gets you most of the way there. Then I just take my time pressing, rotating, flipping, then doing a knuckle stretch, laying it down and evening things out to leave just the right dough rim i like. I watched a lot of videos on ballong and stretching too.
