VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI | SPAGHETTI RECIPE | EASY SPAGHETTI RECIPE | STARTER RECIPE | VEG STARTER RECIPE

Ingredients:

Boiling:

– Water – 750 ml
– Durum spaghetti – Hand full
– Salt – 1 tsp
– Oil- 1 tsp

Vegetable Fry:

– Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
– Ginger – 2 inches.
– Green chilly – 1 tbsp
– Carrot – 1/2 cup
– Capsicum Green – 1/2 cup
Red – 1/2 cup
Yellow – 1/2 cup
– Cabbage – 1 cup
– Salt – 1 tsp
– Black Pepper – 1 tsp
– Ajinomoto – 1 tsp
– Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
– Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
– Vinegar – 1 tbsp
– All veggies to be cut in julians.

Tips:

– Don’t forget to add salt to water at the time of boiling spaghetti. Because it does not have any flavor.
– Don’t add excess oil to water at the time of boiling pasta. Due to having an extra oil coatings spaghetti will not able to coat the seasonings properly.
– Boil spaghetti up to 80% which is known as Al-Dante in Italy, and remaining 20% will be done by further frying.
– Wash cooked spaghetti with normal water to avoid over cooking.
– Fry veggies for a little time on medium flame by maintaining its crunchiness and color.

Process:

Boiling:

– Add 750ml of water to a dish.
– Add salt and oil to it .Let it boil for few minutes.
– Add spaghetti to it & boil up to 80% (Al- dante)
– Stain boiled spaghetti from hot water.
– Stain again the boiled spaghetti with cold water to avoid overcooking.

Vegetables Fry:

– Add olive oil to a pan.
– After oil become hot add ginger juliens & green chilly.
– Add carrot, capsicum ( green, red, yellow) to it & stir fry for 1 minute.
– Add cabbage & fry in medium flame for 1 minute.
– Gradually add salt, black pepper powder, ajinomoto & red chili flakes to it.
– Add soy sauce & vinegar to veggies.
– Fry it up to 50% by maintaining veggies color & crunchiness.

Spaghetti:

– Add cooked spaghetti to the semi-fried veggies & combine it well for 1-2 minutes.
– Add extra seasonings if required.
– Serve Hot!
