Hey Everyone!

Long time pizza maker / lover. first time poster. I worked in a pizza shop all throughout college and just got back into it.

i hosted and served 10 pies for the super bowl. had some leftover dough and made this for lunch yesterday.

  • 16 inch pizza
  • sclafani crushed tomatoes
  • self shredded low moisture mozz
  • king arthur organic bread flour
  • baked at 550 on a steel

love seeing all these posts. I stole the idea to order sclafani on here.
