Thank YOU, Reddit! I made my first at-home Detroit style pizza yesterday for the Super Bowl and was so happy with the result. I imported brick cheese from Wisconsin, ordered cup & char pepperoni & found the Jet’s pizza copy cat dough recipe.
Crust collapsed on the right side (pictured above) before I could snap a photo, so I think I’d only do two stripes of sauce next time so that doesn’t happen again, but overall very happy with the caramelization of the cheese and crispy yet airy crust!!
