Finally I have tried my Ooni Karu pizza oven for the first time!
Good results as first attempt but needs some improvements.
I have used 90% white flour and 10% wholegrain strong flour
24 hours proofing polish and hours hydrolysis plus 36 hours fermentation (24h C.T. and 12h R.T.).
Video should have been taken horizontal but it wasn’t that easy while handling a pizza peel! 🙂
