

Never made pizza but decided to invest and try to learn. Used Dave’s Pizza Oven’s 24 hr dough recipe. Turned out pretty good I think and will now be falling down a rabbit hole making pizzas all the time.
350g bread flour
150g AP flour
10g sugar
13g EVOO
12.5g salt
0.3g instant dry yeast
310g cold water
Baked on a pizza steel
