
I have school due tonight so I’m home, not even watching the game. But I made myself some buffalo ranch parmesan farfalle, topped with vegetarian “chicken” nuggets that add a nice crunch.
Trying to still get in the spirit! But I’m not much of a sports guy, so I’m not too upset. I’m usually just there for the food haha!
The sauce broke a little unfortunately. I think it was due to the acid from the hot sauce. But it still tastes very good!

Here’s the recipe, but I didn’t measure anything well, so I won’t try to guess the amounts.
Farfalle pasta (DeCecco of course!)
Butter stirred well with pasta water, a splash of milk, Frank’s hot sauce, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning mix, and freshly grated parmesan cheese
Vegetarian chicken nuggets sliced on top
Topped with pepper and parmesan
