INGREDIENTS
400g beef mince
100g crumbled feta
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 egg
1/2 cup panko crumbs
1x store bought garlic bread
8x salami slice
1 cup cheese, grated
Mixed bag salad leaves
1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large cucumber, sliced finely
Balsamic, to dress
METHOD
In a bowl add mince, 50g feta, parsley, egg and panko crumbs.
Mix them and roll them into balls. Spray the large air fryer basket with olive oil then place the meatballs in there. Set basket to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
While that’s cooking, add salami to the garlic bread and cheese then once the meatballs have been cooking for 5 minutes add the bread into the second basket at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. (This was both meatballs and bread will be ready at the same time).
While they are both cooking, add the salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, remainder of the feta and balsamic to a plate to serve up as a salad.
Once it’s all finished cooking, plate up and enjoy with the family!
