Did in a cast iron skillet and let the dough rest over night. I couldn’t get a crispy brown finish on the bottom, but it tasted really good overall. I’m thinking I didn’t stretch the dough enough, maybe fold the edges for the crust? What’s tips do you have

    Pre bake your dough. Put the pan in with just the dough until it starts to brown. Take it out, top it, and put it back in until it’s finished.

    Also, make sure you have A LOT of olive oil in the bottom. I use 2tbs for a 12 cast pan.
