  1. I swear there is another lentil recipe in this series where he says don't bother putting carrot and other veg in as garnishes. But at the end of the day if we're honest with ourselves there's no real recipe and it was his choice, it's that simple

  2. It’s Marco’s choice to use his hands. I would personally use a spoon to mix that up. That would be my choice.

  3. I like how rapid fire these are. I don't always want them like that, but it is a nice change of pace.

  4. For the aubergine recipe, Marco said between 8 and 10 minutes (which is 9 minutes) but set his timer on the microwave for 8m 16secs.

    The rules of time don't apply to him.

    And frankly, nor should they.

  5. Sounds like butter on the microphone.
    Yeah most time butter is a good thing, but on the microphone it sounds weird.

    Edit: I was in the wrong – it's olive oil on the microphone
