Tandoori pasta recipe 💗
1. Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic, onion, tomato and salt. Sauté till soft.
2. Let it cool, then grind into a smooth paste.
3. On the other side, boil pasta in salted water. Drain and keep aside.
4. Heat oil again in a pan.
Add green chilli and capsicum. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
5. Add Kashmiri lal mirch, black pepper and pasta masala. Mix well.
6. Add the ground paste and cook for 2–3 minutes.
7. Add ketchup and cream. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
8. Add the boiled pasta and mix well.
9. Garnish with cheese and serve hot 😋🧀
