    I’d highly recommend toasting some breadcrumbs to dust on top (like a poor man’s Parmesan) and adding some fresh parsley too.

    Love sardines and they’re so good for you!

    (Pasta con le sarde is one of the traditional dishes of my area. It’s made with wild fennel, sultanas and garlic and mixed with toasted breadcrumbs)
