How To Make
Boiled baby potatoes fried in butter and tossed in cream, cheese, pepper, chili flakes and herbs. A buttery potatoes are coated in cream and cheese. Here is the italian baby potatoes recipe.
Ingredients:-
Baby potatoes 15
Butter 2 tbsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Processed cheese 1/2 cup
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt as taste
Coriander 1 tsp
METHOD:-
Heat the butter on a nonstick pan and add potatoes to it and saute it for 4-5 minutes or it becomes light brown while stirring continuously.
Take out the potatoes in the kitchen towel.
In a skillet heat butter.
Add the cream, cheese, chili flakes, oregano, and pepper mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring continuously.
Serve immediately with garnished coriander.
