They always say "no knead focaccia" as if it's some kind of time saver, but the multiple lift and folds amount to the same thing. Focaccia is delicious but takes a long time to prepare.
I agree with the other commenter that this not true "no knead" bread. Stretching & folding by hand is still manipulating the dough. "Real" no knead bread usually has a batter type consistency, only stirred a couple of times & poured into a pan in the shape that you want the bread to have.

I've make bread twice and both taste too sour. Is it supposed to taste a bit sour and crumbly texture? Or am i just failed?
