  2. I've make bread twice and both taste too sour. Is it supposed to taste a bit sour and crumbly texture? Or am i just failed?

  3. They always say "no knead focaccia" as if it's some kind of time saver, but the multiple lift and folds amount to the same thing. Focaccia is delicious but takes a long time to prepare.

  4. I agree with the other commenter that this not true "no knead" bread. Stretching & folding by hand is still manipulating the dough. "Real" no knead bread usually has a batter type consistency, only stirred a couple of times & poured into a pan in the shape that you want the bread to have.
