  2. @ThomasStraker I can’t taste them but these look exactly like the involtini I used to eat when I lived in Marche.

    We also used to eat a version stuffed with Emmenthal and big green olives, though I don’t know whether that was traditional or a bastardization. The prosciutto is the standard inside I believe.

  3. I tried making this… use unsalted butter, if your gonna throw in alot of parmesan lol my polenta was saltier than the ocean! 😂

  4. Ill tell you that as an italian I ate this as a kid in the south all the time, your version here looks ridiculously good and I will 100% have to try it🤤
