Ingredients:
✔ 2 oz Italian lentil mix
✔ 2 oz diced celery
✔ 2 oz diced zucchini
✔ 2 oz diced onion
✔ 2 oz diced ham
✔ 1 cup chicken broth
✔ 2 tbsp avocado oil
✔ Dried basil, parsley, minced garlic, 1 bay leaf
Steps:
1️⃣ Rinse lentils
2️⃣ Sauté celery, onions, zucchini and garlic in avocado oil
3️⃣ Add diced ham
4️⃣ Pour in chicken broth + herbs
5️⃣ Cover, boil, add lentils
6️⃣ Cook for 15 mins and serve with garlic toast
