Sauce is a mornay (bechamel base) with provolone auricchio, red fox leicester, and beamster classic in about equal proportions and cherry tomatoes. Lots (and lots) of black pepper (the sauce can handle it).

Disclaimer: I didn't make the pasta but I made the sauce. That counts for this sub right?

The name of the pasta isn't coming to me at the moment, I love it for mac n cheese because it is hardier than the elbow macaroni and still nicely holds the sauce.
