Vegetable Rose Tart:

Ingredients:
Puff pastry 200 gm

For Filling:
Cheese 1 cup
Eggs 2 cups
Fresh coriander ½ cup
Salt, pepper to taste
Cottage cheese 1 cup

For Roses:
Carrot ribbons 1 cup
Tomato skin 7-8
Pumpkin ribbons 1 cup
Zucchini ribbons 1 cup

Method:
Spread puff pastry and arrange in a tray. Then bake for 15 minutes. For the filling in a bowl add all the ingredients and spread evenly on baked puff pastry. Now roll the ribbons and make roses. Then arrange it on the tray. In the end bake for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Crispy Beef Wonton:

Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Fresh coriander as required
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ground beef 1 cup
Wonton wrappers 1 packet
Oil for frying

Method:
Heat oil add garlic paste and ground beef. Cook well. Then add onion, salt and red chili flakes. Cook well. Now add fresh coriander and remove. Then in each wonton wraps add 1 tsp filling. Now seal the sides with water and fold well. In the end heat oil, fry on both sides and serve hot.

Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce:

Ingredients:
Water ½ cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili vinegar 1 tbsp
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Spring onions (chopped) 1 tbsp
Sriracha sauce 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
In a sauce pan add all the ingredients. Cook and serve.
