Ingredients
1 tortilla
28 g (1 oz) mushrooms, sliced
60 g fit / low-fat turkey or chicken ham
1 tbsp tomato paste or sugar-free ketchup
Italian or pizza seasoning, to taste
Salt, to taste
Low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix the tomato paste with seasoning and salt, then spread evenly over the tortilla.
Add mushrooms and turkey/chicken ham evenly.
Sprinkle with low-fat mozzarella.
Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into rolls.
Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes, checking halfway.
