🧄 INGREDIENTS (Serves 3–4)
• 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 1½ tbsp Dust & Bloom Farmstead Favorite
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk
• ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 8–10 oz chickpea pasta
• ½–¾ cup reserved pasta water
• Black pepper (optional)
• Fresh herbs (optional)

🍳 METHOD

1️⃣ Caramelize (Foundation of Flavor)

Cook onions low + slow in oil/butter
25–30 min until jammy + golden.

This builds natural sweetness → no sugar needed.

2️⃣ Bloom the Spice

Add garlic + Dust & Bloom
Stir 30 seconds until fragrant.

3️⃣ Make It Creamy

Add coconut milk + Parmesan
Whisk gently.

Add pasta water until silky.

4️⃣ Toss + Finish

Add cooked chickpea pasta
Toss until glossy + coated.
