We got Birria Pizza 🍕 at home
Make your birria meat according to the instructions on the back of the package. I heated mine in the microwave.
Ingredients:
• Thick-cut white cheddar cheese
• Mexican-style blend cheese
• Red onion
• Flatbread pizza crust
Optional: Season top of pizza with garlic butter & herb seasoning
– Bake 350 degrees for 8-12 mins
