Found myself out of dough and needed some pizza. Had just seen the It’s Dough Guy post about making a respectable pie with Trader Joe’s dough. Gave it a shot. Not bad! Got an okay undercarriage, although not much charring on the top due to no sugar in the recipe, I assume. But I’ll take it! Baked on my Ooni Caru 2 at 750° for 6 min.
