🧾 Recipe — Homemade Basil Pesto (200 g)
Ingredients:

Fresh basil — about 60–70 g
Parmesan cheese — 50–60 g, freshly grated
Nuts (pine nuts / cashews / walnuts) — 30 g
Garlic — 1–2 cloves
Olive oil — 80–100 ml (adjust for texture)
Salt — to taste
Black pepper — to taste

Instructions:
Wash the basil thoroughly and remove the leaves from the stems.
Add basil, nuts, garlic, salt and pepper to a blender.
Drizzle in olive oil.
Blend until smooth, but don’t overblend.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add freshly grated Parmesan and mix well.
Taste and adjust salt, pepper or olive oil if needed.
You’ll get about 200 g of fresh homemade pesto.
